Service Description
What are HD Brows? HD Brows is a seven-step eyebrow shaping treatment completely bespoke to you. Using a combination of techniques, including; tinting, waxing, cutting, threading and specialist HD Brow products. Can I choose a shape? Of course! Brow shapes are tailored to you and we want them to suit your look and personality. Whether you prefer dark or light, full and fluffy, thick or thinner, we will decide what works best for you, taking into consideration your face shape, bone structure, natural colouring and hair growth. How often will I need the HD brow treatment? The length of time your results last depends on how quickly your hair grows back and how well your hair holds the tint. Most people get them done every 4 weeks. Will I get the results I want straight away? Most people get the HD Brows look immediately. However, sometimes it takes a few visits for your brows to be perfected. I have over plucked my brows. Can I still have HD Brows? Yes. Depending on your hair growth, we would hope to achieve your full HD Brows look over a course of visits. To speed up your regrowth and make your brows look better between visits, there are HD brows products that will stimulate regrowth and make your brows appear fuller and defined. **Please note a patch test is required if this is your first time having HD Brows/Lash Lift/Brow Lamination with AmyB, or if your last appointment was more than 6 months ago. You will need to book this in at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please do so through the booking system.**
Cancellation Policy
Please book a patch test via the website if this is your first time having PMU, a Lash Lift, HD Brows or Brow Lamination - if a patch test is not possible, you have the option to waiver this, if you are happy to accept responsibility. Please contact us to discuss. If you are booking PMU or a Tiny Tattoo, please read the full t&c's on the website before your session, you will find them under the PMU/Tiny Tattoo T&C's tab. For all bookings a deposit is required - the amount will vary dependingon the treatment. A 50% deposit is requested when booking a Tiny Tattoo - this is due to the amount of work completed outside of the session as we prepare your Tattoo stencil. Please note that your session is not secured until you have paid your deposit that has been sent to you via a payment link. Any deposits not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled. All deposits are non refundable. By booking you are agreeing to our cancellation & no show policy: For all appointments we have a strict 48 hours notice policy if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. Where it is less than 48 hours, you will be asked to pay another deposit to secure a new booking. If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or do not show up, you will be expected pay the full balance of the treatment and a further deposit for a new session. Please try not to arrive early to the studio as we often work back to back with only a small gap between clients for cleaning, resting or having the opportunity for a refreshment. We are unable to have babies or children in the studio, in particular the tattoo room, as it is unsafe while performing the treatment. So we politely request that you leave children at home when visiting.
