By booking at AmyB you are confirming you agree to my cancellation policy:

• I ask for your consideration when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.  For all appointments a (up to) 50% deposit will be taken on booking.  All deposits are non refundable.

• For all appointments I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason.  Where it is less than 48 hours, you will be asked to pay another deposit to secure a new booking.

​

• For cancellations or to reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be held and moved to your new booking.

​

• If you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or do not show up, you will be expected pay the full balance of the treatment.

• You are able to manage all your appointments under 'My Bookings' by logging into the website using the email address you booked with.
