Service Description
This is a free telephone call for anyone who is unsure if Permanent Make Up is for them. You can ask questions, let us know your goals and help you decide if PMU is the right choice for you. We will call you on the telephone number you have provided. If you have already decided you wish to proceed with PMU, you can go straight ahead and schedule your sessions without a telephone or face to face consultation. You will need two sessions 4-6 weeks apart when you book and it is best to get them both scheduled at the same time. Cancellation Policy
Patch Testing: If this is your first time booking a Lash Lift, Classic Lashes, Signature Brows, or Brow Lamination, you will need a patch test. This can be booked under “Extras” in our system. If we haven’t seen you in a while, or there have been any medical changes, a new patch test may be required. You will receive a consultation form when booking (please check your junk folder). This must be completed before your appointment. Please note: If a patch test is required and has not been carried out, we may be unable to proceed with your appointment and your deposit will be lost. PMU & Tiny Tattoo Bookings: If you are booking PMU or a Tiny Tattoo, please ensure you have read the full Terms & Conditions listed on our Consultation form prior to treatment. Deposits: All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable • Deposits can be transferred if you reschedule within policy For Tiny Tattoo bookings, a 25% deposit is required due to design work completed ahead of your session. Your appointment is not secured until your deposit has been paid via the payment link provided. Any unpaid deposits after 48 hours will result in the booking being cancelled. If you would like to make changes to your tattoo design, please let us know in advance of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We operate a strict 48-hour notice policy for any cancellations or changes. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late Arrivals & No Shows If you are more than 10 minutes late or fail to attend your appointment: • The full treatment cost will be charged • A new deposit will be required to book again Studio Etiquette: Please arrive on time, not early, as we work back-to-back and need this time to reset between clients. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate babies or children in the studio.
