Hello, I'm AmyB....

Back in 2011, after being made redundant from my career in Human Resources, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling lost and uncertain about my next steps. Seeking a new purpose, I turned to beauty courses, starting with HD Brows and gel nails -what began as a hobby soon became a pivotal turning point in my life.

Inspired by a blog post about pursuing happiness, I made a bold decision - on my first day in a new HR role, I walked out and launched my own beauty business. That moment marked the beginning of a transformative journey, one that deepened my appreciation for what the butterfly symbolises: growth, change, and new beginnings. From there, AmyB was born, and I built a loyal client base, rediscovering my identity and passion along the way.

In 2021, I took another leap of faith, earning my Level 4 qualification in Brow Tattooing. Committed to mastering my craft, I went on to train in Lip Blush, Fine Line Tattooing, and Eyeliner, as well as attending masterclasses in lips and hairstrokes brows. My dedication led me to be recognised among the Top 50 Best SPMU Artists, receive a high recommendation for Best SPMU Brows at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards, and become a finalist for Newcomer of the Year at the UK PMU Conference. These achievements, along with my relentless pursuit of excellence, earned me a place on the prestigious Tina Davies Pro Team and the opportunity to open my very first studio.

Now, I am not only passionate about helping clients feel their best and most confident selves, but also dedicated to mentoring and empowering other artists to reach their full potential.
